Mr. Jerry K. Friesen

Jerry K. Friesen is a retired Music Educator, having taught 32 years in the Newton Public Schools. Jerry and his wife Carol have four grown daughters and seven grandchildren. He brings years of experience in teaching vocal and choral music, directing church choirs and adjudicating and directing middle and high school festivals. He received his Bachelor degree from Bethel College in 1969 and his Masters in Music Education in 1977 from Wichita State University.
